- In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date, a full refund of any deposits or charges issued will be offered. If a reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before the arrival date, no refund will be offered.
- All booking parties must pay a deposit of 50% of the booking total, if a booking is made within 14 days of the arrival date, we ask you pay the amount in full.
- If you book through a third party and you wish to cancel, you must do this through the agent that you originally booked. We regret that we cannot refund any third party bookings unless this has been done and confirmation has been sent by the agent.
- Check-in is after 3pm, check-out is before 11am. Early check-in and late check out can be available, this will incur a surcharge.
- If a card payment is declined, we will contact you for alternative details. If new details aren’t provided within 48 hours, the reservation will be cancelled.
- The card used to book may be charged should any damages be discovered upon departure.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel
- We regret that we do not accept American Express.
- With a small surcharge, we do accept all well-behaved dogs.
