COVID – 19

The Taynuilt Inn continues to trade as normal.

In respect of the on-going COVID – 19 virus pandemic, we are continuing to monitor developments and follow the UK and Scottish Government official advice.

You all have access to Government web sites and are being kept up to date with developments, so at this time all I want to do is reassure you of the action we are taking to play our part to hopefully contain and prevent the virus spreading.

The health of employees, customers and suppliers is our biggest priority and we have introduced a variety of practical measures, based on Government advice to minimise the impact of this virus.

➢  Cleaning regimes have been enhanced throughout all areas of the Taynuilt Inn

➢  Government information notices about the importance of cleaning your hands have been placed on entrances and around our buildings at key locations.

➢  Any of our employees who show even mild signs of flu-like symptoms have been advised to follow the government advice surrounding medical care and self-isolation.

➢  We ask that our customers use contactless or card payments where possible, in order to reduce cash handling

➢  We respectfully ask that our customers wash their hands regularly and make use of the hand sanitiser provided

➢  We respectfully ask customers to understand the impact increased measures will have on normal service levels, and that we endeavour to do our utmost to limit any service delays

As the situation is changing daily we will continue to follow Government guidelines for the health and safety of our staff, customers and suppliers.

Best regards

Mark Lambson
